Coffee Service for Law Firms Across the Triangle
We provide coffee service to law firms across Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill and the wider Triangle. One Swiss-made Jura bean-to-cup machine, fresh beans delivered before you run out, a milk fridge, and weekly on-site service. One flat monthly rate, and no capital cost for the equipment.
Free Coffee ConsultationWhy Law Offices Are a Different Problem
Most office coffee is bought for staff. In a law firm it is doing two jobs at once, and they pull in opposite directions.
Client-Facing
Conference rooms, closings, depositions, initial consultations — the coffee is part of the impression, alongside the reception desk and the view. A pump pot brewed at 7am and drunk at 3pm actively works against you.
Staff-Facing
Associates billing in six-minute increments are not going to queue. They need a cup in under a minute, at any hour, without anyone cleaning a carafe or remembering to reorder filters.
A single Jura bean-to-cup machine solves both. It grinds fresh per cup and pulls espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, americano or hot chocolate in around 30 seconds, at the touch of one button — the same machine that impresses a client in the conference room keeps the paralegal team going through a document review.
What We Install in a Law Office
Every installation includes the same standard, sized to your headcount.
A Jura bean-to-cup machine
Sized to your headcount. A twelve-attorney firm and a hundred-person practice need different machines, and we specify accordingly.
Fresh-roasted beans, weekly delivery
Delivered in quantities matched to how much you actually drink. You will not run out on a Friday afternoon, and you will not be storing months of stale beans in a cupboard.
A companion milk refrigerator
So cappuccinos and flat whites are made with fresh milk, not powder.
Weekly on-site service
Cleaning, descaling, restocking, and a check that everything is running properly. You never schedule maintenance — we just come.
Cold brew, nitro and filtered water
All on the same plan, no extra provider to manage.
No equipment cost
The machine is included in the monthly subscription — no capital cost, no lease agreement, no separate service contract.

What It Costs
Pricing is a flat weekly rate per person, not a per-cup charge and not a per-item invoice you have to reconcile every month. A firm of 25 attorneys and staff pays $3.70 per person per week — about $92 a week, roughly $400 a month — all in: equipment, beans, fridge and weekly service. The rate falls as headcount rises, down to $2.30 per person at 141–150 people. There is no equipment purchase, no lease agreement with a finance company, and no separate service contract.
We are the Break Coffee franchise for the Raleigh-Durham area, and we do not operate anywhere else. That is deliberate: when a machine has a problem before a 10am closing, you are calling someone who will actually be there, not a national call centre that opens a ticket.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does coffee service cost for a law firm in Raleigh?
Pricing is a flat weekly rate per person, covering the machine, beans, milk fridge and weekly service: $3.70 per person per week for a 20–30 person firm, falling to $2.30 at 141–150. A 25-person firm pays about $92 a week. There is no equipment purchase and no separate maintenance contract.
Do we have to buy the coffee machine?
No. The Jura machine and the milk refrigerator are included in the monthly subscription at no capital cost. If you cancel, we collect the equipment.
How often do you service the machine?
Weekly. We clean, descale, restock beans and check the machine on site. You do not need to schedule anything or assign it to an office manager.
What drinks can the machine make?
Espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, americano, hot chocolate and cold brew, each at the touch of one button and in around 30 seconds. Every cup is ground fresh — there are no capsules or pods.
How many people does a machine serve?
We size the machine to your headcount. A small practice and a hundred-person firm get different equipment. Tell us how many people are in the office and we will specify it properly.
Do you serve firms outside Raleigh?
Yes — we cover the full Raleigh-Durham Triangle including Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Morrisville, RTP, Wake Forest, Holly Springs and Garner, plus Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Johnston, Franklin and Granville counties.
