Sell Coffee Without Buying a Machine
If you run a bakery, a deli, a store or any counter where customers would buy a coffee on the way past, we install the machine, supply the beans and service it, and charge you per cup. You set your own retail price and keep the difference. No capital cost, no lease, no equipment risk.
Talk Through the ModelHow the Per-Cup Model Works
We install a Jura machine
At your counter, sized to the volume you expect. No purchase, no lease agreement.
We deliver beans & service it
Fresh-roasted beans and on-site service — cleaning, descaling, restocking, working-order check.
You're charged per cup served
Not per bag of beans, and not a flat fee that ignores how much you sell. There is a monthly minimum, and we tell you the figure before you commit.
You set the retail price
The margin between our per-cup charge and your shelf price is yours.
If the coffee sells, you make money on every cup. If a week is slow, your cost falls with it, down to the monthly minimum. The downside risk that stops most small retailers from adding coffee simply is not there.
Who This Suits
Bakeries & Cafés
Where coffee is the obvious attachment to what you already sell.
Convenience Stores & Delis
Morning footfall that currently walks past on the way to somewhere with a coffee machine.
Golf Pro Shops & Halfway Houses
Where the club would rather bill members than absorb the cost. See golf club coffee service.
Hotel Grab-and-Go Counters
Alongside or instead of the included-amenity model. See hospitality coffee service.
Any Counter With Traffic
Salons, garages, waiting rooms, farm shops, gyms — anywhere people stand around for ten minutes.
Why Bean-to-Cup Sells Better Than Drip
Higher Price Point
A cappuccino or flat white made from beans ground per cup sells for more than filter coffee, and customers can tell the difference immediately.
No Waste
Bean-to-cup makes one fresh cup at a time, so there is no thrown-away pot and no bad cup.
30 Seconds, One Button
Your staff do not need barista training and the queue does not back up during the morning rush.
A Full Menu
Espresso to cold brew from one machine — which matters through a Carolina summer, when hot drink sales fall off.
Where We Serve & Which Model Fits
The full Raleigh-Durham Triangle — Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Chapel Hill, Apex, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Holly Springs, Garner, Fuquay-Varina, Knightdale and the surrounding towns. Full detail on our service areas page.
| Per Cup | Flat Monthly | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Reselling coffee to customers | Coffee for staff and guests |
| You pay | Per cup served, with a monthly minimum | One weekly rate per person |
| You charge | Whatever you like | Nothing |
| Cost in a slow week | Falls, to the monthly minimum | Unchanged |
| Typical customer | Bakery, store, pro shop, deli | Office, law firm, real estate office |
Businesses that do both — a retail counter and a staff area — often run one of each. Our standard office coffee service covers the flat-rate side.
Get Started
We only serve this territory, which is why we can be on site quickly when a machine at a working counter needs attention. A machine down at 7am on a Saturday is lost revenue, not an inconvenience.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does per-cup coffee billing work?
We install the machine and supply beans and service at no capital cost, then charge you for each cup served against a monthly minimum. You set your own retail price and keep the margin between the two.
Do I have to buy the coffee machine?
No. On the per-cup model there is no purchase and no lease. The machine, the beans and the service are all covered by the per-cup charge.
What if coffee sells slowly at first?
Your cost tracks your sales. In a slow week you are charged for fewer cups, down to an agreed monthly minimum, which is the main reason small retailers can add coffee on this model without taking on equipment risk. We tell you the minimum and the per-cup rate before you commit.
What price should I sell at?
That is your call — you set the retail price. We will tell you our per-cup rate so you can work the margin before committing.
Does my staff need barista training?
No. Every drink is one button and takes around 30 seconds. There is no milk steaming, no grinder to dial in and no training required.
What happens if the machine breaks during trading hours?
We service the Raleigh-Durham territory only, which is exactly why we can get to a working counter quickly. If a machine fails we swap in a fully serviced unit rather than repair it on your counter.
