Is there a minimum office size?
Break Coffee of Raleigh Durham does not have a minimum office size. Plans are priced on headcount — so a smaller office simply pays less than a larger one, rather than being turned away. We serve single-room offices and multi-floor corporate campuses on identical terms. The Jura machine selected for your space is matched to your team size: a 10-person office gets a different unit than a 100-person building, but both receive the same weekly service, the same fresh beans, and the same flat monthly rate. No office is too small to qualify.
How quickly can you install?
Break Coffee of Raleigh Durham can typically arrange installation within one to two weeks of your first inquiry, depending on your preferred timing. The install visit is a single appointment: we deliver and connect the Jura bean-to-cup machine, set up the milk refrigeration unit, load the first supply of beans and consumables, and walk your team through the machine — all in one session. There is no separate follow-up appointment for training. Most offices are fully operational the same day, with staff trained and the first cup ready within the hour.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Break Coffee of Raleigh Durham does not require a long-term contract. Service plans run month to month — you can cancel at any time. There is also no upfront cost for the equipment: the Jura bean-to-cup machine is included in the flat monthly rate, so you are not buying or leasing hardware.
