Coffee Service for Golf Clubs and Courses
We supply coffee service to golf clubs and courses across the Raleigh-Durham Triangle — Jura bean-to-cup machines for the pro shop, halfway house and clubhouse, fresh beans delivered weekly, and weekly on-site service, on a flat monthly rate or a per-cup model, whichever suits how you bill.
Free Coffee ConsultationThree Service Points, Three Different Problems
We specify per service point. A single machine covering all three is how clubs end up with a queue in the pro shop at 7am.
The Pro Shop
First thing in the morning, everyone at once. A cup in around 30 seconds at the touch of one button, with nobody trained to operate it.
The Halfway House
Weather-driven and unpredictable. Hot americanos in November, cold brew through a Carolina July — one machine covers both.
The Clubhouse & Grill
Slower, seated, quality-led. A proper flat white or cappuccino after a round makes coffee part of the club, not a commodity.
What We Install
Espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, americano, hot chocolate and cold brew, ground fresh per cup, one button each.
Jura machines, per service point
Sized to each service point's actual volume.
Fresh-roasted beans, weekly delivery
Adjusted for seasonal swings.
Companion milk refrigerators
So cappuccinos and flat whites use fresh milk.
Weekly on-site service
Cleaning, descaling, restocking, working-order check.
Cold brew, every season
The same machine pulls hot drinks and cold brew.
No equipment purchase
Machines are included in the monthly subscription.
Flat Rate or Per Cup — Your Choice
Two billing models, and clubs often use both on the same property.
Flat Monthly Subscription
Best for the clubhouse and staff areas, where the coffee is part of the member experience and you would rather not meter it. One predictable line item based on volume.
Per-Cup Billing
Best for the pro shop and halfway house, where you are reselling. We charge per cup against a monthly minimum and you set the retail price — the margin is yours. See retail and per-cup service.

What It Costs
On the flat model, a subscription covering equipment, beans, milk refrigeration and weekly service, priced on our published headcount bands from $3.70 per person per week. On the per-cup model, you pay per cup served against a monthly minimum and set your own retail price. Either way there is no equipment purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can one machine cover the pro shop and the halfway house?
Usually not well. The pro shop peaks hard first thing and the halfway house peaks mid-round, and both want fast service without a queue. Most clubs run a machine at each, serviced on the same visit.
Can we resell coffee to golfers rather than absorbing the cost?
Yes. On the per-cup model we charge per cup served, against a monthly minimum, and the club sets its own retail price, keeping the margin. Clubs commonly use per-cup billing in the pro shop and halfway house and a flat subscription in the clubhouse.
Does the machine make cold brew?
Yes. The same Jura machine produces cold brew alongside espresso, cappuccino, flat white, americano and hot chocolate, so you are not running separate summer equipment.
How fast is a cup?
Around 30 seconds per drink, at the touch of one button, ground fresh. That matters most in the pro shop before an early tee time, where a slower machine creates a queue at the counter.
What happens during a tournament?
Tournament volume is a different specification from daily service. We handle those through our event coffee service, which can add capacity for a single day without changing your standing arrangement.
Do you adjust deliveries for the season?
Yes. Bean volumes track actual usage rather than a fixed monthly quantity, which matters in the Triangle where golf volume swings sharply between spring, summer and winter.
