No Barista Required — But You Can Have One
The machine is one-button operation, so guests serve themselves without training and without a queue forming behind someone trying to work out the controls. For events where an attended coffee station is part of the experience — a client reception, a sponsor stand, a wedding — we staff the station with our own people, which is one reason we ask for notice.
The honest advantage over hiring a mobile barista cart: one person pulling shots by hand becomes the bottleneck at a 200-person conference break. A bean-to-cup machine does not queue.

Booking and Cost
Event pricing depends on guest count, event length and whether the station is self-serve or attended. Give us the date, the venue and the headcount and we will quote it. We need 14 days’ notice to have machines and staff available, and we take events large enough to justify sending both — tell us the headcount and we will say straight away whether it works.
Many event customers become subscription customers — if the coffee worked for the conference, it will work for the office. Our standard office coffee service is a flat monthly rate covering machine, beans, milk fridge and weekly service.

How much does event coffee service cost in Raleigh?
Cost depends on guest count, event length and whether the station is self-serve or staffed. Send us the date, venue and expected headcount and we will quote it directly. We take events large enough to justify sending machines and staff.
How many people can one machine serve at an event?
It depends on the peak, not the total. A 200-person conference wanting coffee in a single 15-minute break needs more capacity than 200 people arriving across four hours. We size for the peak.
Do you provide a barista?
The machine is one-button operation, so most events run self-serve without a queue. For an attended station we send our own staff; the quote covers it.
How far in advance should we book?
At least 14 days — that is what we need to have machines and staff committed. Earlier is better for large events and for peak season, when equipment is committed to other bookings.
What drinks can you serve?

Do you cover venues outside Raleigh?
