A Club Is Several Venues, Not One

Most club coffee problems come from treating the club as a single location. It is not — it is a set of service points with genuinely different demands. We specify a machine per service point rather than pretending one machine serves the whole property.

Dining Room

Table service and quality expectations set by the food. A pump pot of drip coffee undoes the kitchen's work.

Member Lounge & Card Room

All-day, self-serve, unattended for long stretches. Needs a machine anyone can use with one button.

Halfway House & Pro Shop

Fast, high-volume, weather-driven. Cold brew in July, americanos in November — nobody standing around waiting.

Events & Banquets

Weddings, member dinners, tournaments — sharp peaks. Covered by our event coffee service.

What We Install

One machine produces espresso, macchiato, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, americano, hot chocolate and cold brew, each ground fresh per cup in around 30 seconds, at the touch of one button. No barista training, no capsules, no member waiting at the counter.

Jura machines, per service point

Sized per service point rather than per club.

Fresh-roasted beans, weekly delivery

In quantities matched to actual usage — clubs are seasonal, and orders should be too.

Companion milk refrigerators

For cappuccinos, flat whites and latte macchiatos with fresh milk.

Weekly on-site service

Cleaning, descaling, restocking and a working-order check.

Cold brew & filtered water

Seasonal drinks on the same plan.

No equipment cost

Machines are included in the monthly subscription.

Seasonality Is the Part Most Suppliers Get Wrong

Club volume is not flat. Spring and autumn golf, summer pool and junior programmes, the holiday event season, and quiet stretches in between — a supplier that delivers the same bean quantity every month either leaves you short in May or leaves you with stale beans in February. We adjust delivery volumes to what the club is actually drinking. Weekly service means we see the usage rather than guessing at it.

What It Costs & Why Local Matters

A flat monthly subscription per machine, covering equipment, beans, milk refrigeration and weekly service. Cost depends on how many service points you run and the volume through each — a single lounge machine and a four-machine clubhouse are different numbers. Staff-only installations follow our published headcount bands, from $3.70 per person per week; multi-machine sites are quoted individually. If the club prefers to charge members per cup — in a halfway house or pro shop, for example — we also operate a per-cup billing model with a monthly minimum. See retail and per-cup coffee service.

We hold the Break Coffee franchise for the Raleigh-Durham area and serve nowhere else. When a machine goes down before a member-guest tournament, you are calling someone who can be on site — not opening a ticket with a national provider. For a club, that response time is the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does coffee service cost for a country club?

A flat monthly subscription per machine, covering equipment, beans, milk refrigeration and weekly service. Staff-only installations follow our published headcount bands, from $3.70 per person per week, and clubs that sell to members can use per-cup billing with a monthly minimum. Multi-machine sites are quoted individually.

Can we put machines in more than one location on the property?

Yes. Most clubs run separate machines in the dining room, member lounge and halfway house, because each has different volume and service patterns. We size each one individually and service them all on the same visit.

Do members need to know how to use it?

No. Every drink is one button. Espresso, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, americano, hot chocolate and cold brew each take around 30 seconds, with no barista training and no instructions taped to the machine.

Can we charge members per cup?

Yes. Alongside the flat monthly subscription we operate a per-cup model, which suits pro shops, halfway houses and any point where the club wants to bill usage rather than absorb it.

How do you handle our seasonal swings?

Bean deliveries are adjusted to actual usage rather than fixed monthly quantities. Because we service the machines regularly, we see the volume changing and change the order with it.

What about tournaments and member events?

High-volume events are a different specification from daily service. We cover those through our event coffee service, which can add capacity for a single day without changing your standing arrangement.
